Take Interstate 40 East to exit 407 into Gatlinburg.
Travel through Sevierville and Pigeon Forge.
Coming into Gatlinburg the traffic lights are numbered.
Turn left at light #6/Cherokee Orchard Road.
Go to the third street on the left.
This is Baskins Creek Road.
The check in office is the fifth building on the right.
It is a two story brown building with burgundy trim.
The address is 338 Baskins Creek Road Suite 1.
Look for the Affordable Discount Reservations sign on the window facing the road.
Approximate driving time is 71 minutes and distance is 45 miles.

Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will incur a $50 fee. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are non refundable.
A $50 change fee applies once the reservation is confirmed.
No refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.
A credit card imprint may be required at the time of check in for telephone and any other charges that may be incurred.
**A cleaning fee of $25 for a one-bedroom unit will be collected at check-in.**
